The Games Quarterly Expansion consists of 12 tiles released with issue 11 of the magazine. It contained 2 river tiles, noteably a spring with a road to stop large farms created by the original river, and 10 tiles with combinations that were either missing or rare to find.
There is also a variant rule stating that the farm with the pigsty tile gives +1 point per city that the farm supplies, identical to the pigsty tile in the River II.
